Any activity which generates effluent, emissions and waste generation is requires various permissions from the State Pollution Control Board as per notification by Central Pollution Control Board.
• Consent To Establishment:
Consent To Establish is the FIRST compliance required to obtain before establishment of industry, operation or process involved discharging sewerage or trade effluent to the environment or likely to emit air pollution into the atmosphere are required to obtain CTE from the respective state pollution control board.
• Consent To Operate:
Consent To Operate is the Second compliance required to obtain before commissioning of industrial operation by complying with the conditions mentioned in Environment Clearance and/or Consent To Establishment.
